I am Scotty, the founder and CEO of one of the premier men’s brands - Topaz Man.  TM’s revenue in 2023 was up over 25% YoY, and under my leadership and strict directives for our digital strategy over the years, I managed to amass an email open rate of over 27%.  I own the messaging and approvals for all things email at Topaz Man because I know our customers want the best in men’s products, and I have the knowledge and experience to deliver them. 

I am currently looking for a new Email provider, as I see gaps in our current provider’s capabilities compared to what I know will work. Since we are a premium brand, I want the same level of service our customers get, and I cannot seem to find the right vendor to give me that level of service or features that we so desperately need.
